Honiara Airport Runway Expansion & Upgrade

Traverse Exports was engaged to supply all materials for the extension and upgrade the airport's Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) system. Scope included installing new conduits, pits, primary and secondary cabling, replacing existing AGL fittings, adding new circuits, and integrating a new Constant Current Regulator (CCR) — all while keeping the airport fully operational throughout the works. We also supplied all materials and equipment on the new departure terminal building electrical, CCTV, PA system, FIDS, Fire alarm sytem, hydraulics and mechanical works.

Delivered by our Guadalcanal Electrics Ltd labour division, this project reflects the standards of safety, quality, and operational continuity that Traverse brings to every assignment — from major infrastructure to fast-turnaround commercial work.
